Return & Exchange Policy

Return / Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Product must be unused
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery
  • Requests should be raised via WhatsApp or email

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Custom-sized or made-to-order jewellery
  • Products purchased during sale or discount
  • Items purchased from offline stores, exhibitions, or pop-up events

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged product, defective item, or wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Prepaid Orders
Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
A secure link will be sent to your registered mobile number to submit your bank details.

Refund Timeline

  • Refund Initiation: Within 24 working hours after product inspection
  • Amount Reflection: Within 4–5 working days in your bank account
